From a very early age, I knew that cooking was more than a job: it was my passion, my art and my way of connecting with people. This love for gastronomy led me to begin my studies at the UIB School of Hospitality, where I acquired a solid foundation in culinary techniques and learned to value the importance of each ingredient.
After completing my training, I embarked on an enriching professional career, working in various restaurants, hotels and resorts. At each stage, I continued to hone my skills and gain experiences that allowed me to grow both technically and creatively.
With determination and dedication, I obtained the title of Haute Cuisine and Head Chef, which marked a turning point in my career. This achievement opened the doors for me to lead kitchens at a very young age, taking over the management of teams in prestigious establishments. Each kitchen I managed was a challenge and an opportunity to express my culinary vision, fusing tradition and innovation in each dish.
Furthermore, my dedication and creativity led me to be selected as a finalist in numerous highly reputable culinary competitions, where I had the honour of competing alongside the best chefs in the sector. Among these, I managed to become a winner in several of them, consolidating my career and reaffirming my commitment to culinary excellence.
Today, as a private chef, I put all my experience, creativity and passion for haute cuisine at the service of my clients. My goal is to create unique gastronomic experiences, adapted to the tastes and needs of each person, always using the best ingredients and taking care of every detail.
